Helpful staff and a good smartwatch

At first, I wanted to make the purchase at Sunway Pyramid branch as I found the staff there very helpful and has good product knowledge but they explained that I'm not able to do installments through shopback yet due to some issues. I decided to reach out to the support to ask a few questions before making purchase through the website. The support staff are able to answer my questions and even helped me to check which branch has the item in stock if I wanted to do pick-up. Item received in good condition, the packaging is done well. All in all, my experience with Timekeeper has been good.

As for the smartwatch itself; I did some research based on the features I needed and read up some reviews. There are a few models of smartwatches that have approved ECG app and this Fitbit Sense is one of them. However, this app is not supported in Malaysia yet. I looked up on the Web if there is a way to bypass the limitations and able to use the app. I'm not able to review on the battery as I was only able to use it for 2 days before I send it to my father. So far, he has no complains on the battery, so it's safe to assume it's okay.
