  • Are your watches genuine?
    Yes, our watches are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and comes with warranty.
    TIMEKEEPER is commitment to uphold the standards in our Code of Business Conduct and takes watch fraud extremely seriously.
    We strictly do not sell replicas or fake watches!

  • Do you sell second-hand watches?
    No, we only sell Authentic Brand-New watches.

SERVICE

  • Do you offer watch repair and servicing?
    Yes, we offer a wide range of watch repair services such as Watch Servicing, Battery Replacement & Strap Adjustment.  

WARRANTY

  • How long is the warranty period?
    Our watches are covered with 1 - 2 YEARS LOCAL WARRANTY against any defects in materials or manufacturing.

  • What does the warranty cover?
    TIMEKEEPER warranty is only covered for watch movement or any defect in materials or manufacturing.
    A watch movement, also known as a caliber, is described as the heart of the watch which is the internal mechanism of a timepiece that acts as the powerhouse to make the watch function properly.  
    Our warranty does not include coverage for lens, case, battery and strap.  

  • What should I do if I need to repair or service the watch but the warranty period has expired?
    We are more than happy to inspect your timepiece upon expiration of the warranty period.
    Any watch repairs will be subject to a service charge.

ORDER

  • How do I cancel or modify an order?
    We are unable to cancel an online order once the order has been completed and confirmed.
    To modify an order, please contact our Headquarters office +603-8052 0308 or email us at marketing@kimtime.my , within the same day of making online purchase, during business operating hours from 9.00AM - 6.00PM.
    We can't guarantee to fulfill your request to modify the order, but we promise to try our best to assist you.  


PAYMENT

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept PayPal and Online banking at the moment.
    We are currently in the process of integrating Credit and Debit card payment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • How long is the delivery time?
    We will send an email notification to inform you once your item has been shipped.
    For DOMESTIC, standard delivery time is 3-7 days.
    For INTERNATIONAL, standard delivery time is 1-3 weeks, depending on the location.

  • How to track your order?
    The tracking number of your order will be sent to your registered email.
