Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed once the transaction is confirmed. Your items will be delivered by our designated carrier service company from Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. For orders placed during any public holidays in Malaysia, processing time will be extended by 1-3 working days. We hope that you understand that slower delivery may be expected during public holidays or long holiday weekends due to the temporary closure of the courier service company.
We will send an email notification to inform you once your item has been shipped.
For DOMESTIC, standard delivery time is 3-7 days.
For INTERNATIONAL, standard delivery time is 1-3 weeks, depending on the location.
